Process For Building
Stages of a successful Build:
We at Pritaly offer a service unrivalled by other so called “Property Developers”. Our staff are native to the area and still live in Puglia. We have been established for many years so never take a chance with Builders, Tradesmen or Developers that can not demonstrate their pedigree or do not have an up to date portfolio of their work in Puglia! The process for building your own dream home is straight forward, we will take care of all the details for you, you tell us what’s required, and we do the rest. We will advise you, and deal with the planning, architects and official bodies on your behalf. We have many completed projects that we can show you to demonstrate the quality of our work and to inspire your final design.

When the 3rd and final stage is complete we will hand over the property keys and give you a detailed tour of your property e.g. electrics, utilities and so on.

The normal procedure for building is as follows:
- First thing needed is a plot of land that suits your requirements
- We will then set up a meeting with one of our architects, where you will discuss and agree with your specific requirements for your New Build home
- At same time a geometra (surveyor) will be instructed to survey the land and help you decide exactly where the new build should be situated
- Once agreed they will then submit on your behalf, the application for planning permission (assuming that this consent has does not already exist)
- The application will be submitted to the commune (local council) for their approval
- Please note that New Builds are not generally connected to mains water or sewage. This is not a problem as it is most normal in these parts to have a “Imoff” or similar sewage system and water storage tanks, these units are very robust and will last a very long time.
- Once you are happy with your design and are happy with the estimated build cost, and all the necessary papers are in order, work can commence at your convenience

- (1st stage) 30% of the agreed build price is paid to us on exchange of contracts
- (2nd stage) 30% to be paid to us 30 days after commencement of building works
- (3rd and final stage) 40% to be paid on completion of project
